"I am a 57 year old woman 66", 152 lbs. and in relatively good condition. I was already into a fitness program when I became a member of Drill Trainer Murdock's Boot Camp. After consulting with Drill, he explained the concept of the program and I joined his camp. We stretch, power walk or shuffle. During the trek that Drill planned out we would stop and do jumping jacks, legs kick backs, wide leg sit-ups, reverse sit-ups etc. At the end of the hour session we would do a cool down. The days, time and cost of the Boot Camp are reasonable. As time marches on so do I. Along with eating the proper foods, staying hydrated and marching to the cadence of Drill Trainer Murdock I plan to stay fit, fabulous and fine."

All About You Fitness was incredible! I needed to increase my strength and endurance quickly but was unsure how to go about doing it. My personal trainer took the time to discuss my needs and develop a personalized workout plan the first day. He worked with me to set realistic expectations and helped to monitor my progress over a few months. His professionalism and encouragement helped me to not only achieve, but surpass, my goals quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better personal training experience.
